    You can return your product within 30 days of receipt at your own expense, with no restocking fees. See the conditions below for details:

    Cancellation of an Order - Change of Opinion:

    Order cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to cancel the order as it will have already been processed and fulfilled.

    How To Request A Return?

    If you are not satisfied with our product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to decide. Please contact our customer support team at support@drawinggo.com for assistance.

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label. Please ensure that your item has a valid return authorization number, as returns without one will not be accepted.

    After your item arrives at our warehouse, you can expect a refund or credit to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    Product Not Received:

    If your product has not been delivered within 15 days, please contact us. Our estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 10 days, excluding the preparation and shipping period of 1 to 5 days.

    We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, allowing up to 25 days for delivery. This accounts for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, postal delays, and customs processing.

    If your order has not arrived after 25 days, we will promptly process a full refund for your purchase.

    Damaged on Arrival:

    If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@drawinggo.com. After verifying and confirming your case, you'll have two options:

    • We can dispatch a replacement product.
    • We can provide a complete refund.

    Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:

    Once the product has been delivered, you have 30 days to notify us of any concerns. If the product arrives damaged or fails to function as intended during this period, you may return it at your cost, and we will process a refund.

    Alternatively, we can offer store credit, allowing you to reorder your preferred replacement product.

    Buyer's Remorse:

    At DrawingGO, your satisfaction with your art supplies is our top priority. We understand that buyer's remorse can happen. If you find yourself in this situation, you can return your unused art supplies in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our dedicated customer support team at support@drawinggo.com, and we'll assist you with the return process. Your happiness drives us, and we're committed to making your experience as seamless as possible.

    Exchange:

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a product exchange. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need assistance with the exchange process, please contact our support team at support@drawinggo.com.

    Wrong Product:

    If you have received the incorrect product, you have 30 days to return it to us, and we will cover the return shipping costs. We will then issue a full refund.
